TrailBox Games started as a group chat where a few friends kept arguing about which mobile titles were worth the storage space. At some point we decided to stop arguing and start writing things down, so the notes turned into guides and the guides turned into this site. We cover a bit of everything: RPGs, racers, strategy games, quick arcade stuff, and the occasional puzzle that eats a whole afternoon.

Our rule is simple. Nobody writes about a game they haven't played long enough to understand it. That usually means at least several sessions, sometimes a lot more when a title has depth worth digging into. We keep raw notes as we go, then shape them into a review once we feel we can be fair.

Games get picked for a mix of reasons. Sometimes a reader points us at something odd, sometimes a title is everywhere and we want to see if the hype holds up, and sometimes we just stumble onto a small game that deserves more attention. Genre variety matters to us, so we deliberately jump between styles instead of reviewing the same thing over and over.

We are a small team and we like it that way. If a guide feels rushed or wrong, tell us, and we'll go back and play more. The point is to save you the trial and error we already went through.
